Anyone been in Portrane recently, is there much seepage?

Was there before the good weather and it was mint. Alley had low sand level as did the Arch. Ground zero had very high sand level making low starts under the roof impossible.

I was out there on Friday. No seepage, pebbles were up to the start of the flow stone ss. Leviathan dry and sand very low(full start exposed).
