Bouldering Discussion / Re: Ahab's in the Scalp

Hey Theo, weirdly I was just about to post about the exact same problem. I went looking for it last week and I think I found the right problem above LDF on a short steep wall under a bank, ie more a small outcrop than a boulder. The problem I climbed started on a juggy left-hand sidepull, went up and right to some quartzy crimps, a bit further right to a small sidepull and then up to the top of the wall. Felt about 6B+/6C, obviously I left feeling a bit perplexed and have since heard that some holds are out.

Anyone know a) whether I was on the right piece of rock and b) how the 7B+ is meant to go?

Hm, well I don't have any innovative suggestions. Depends if you're looking for just Irish blogs or from further afield obviously.

Would it be possible to set up an RSS feed with blogs again, now you've a new site? It was handy to have.

Cool, thanks. It certainly seems worth a look though recent slab disasters would indicate I'd never actually climb it.

Were wondering about this at the weekend, where is it? Neither Googling nor the guide could answer.
