In the past I've gone to Reads on Nassau St. and gotten the bouldering guide printed and bound, only cost me a couple of quid an it was handy to have.
There's always the option of something like lulu.com if more people wanted something printed properly, just had a quick look it's €15.25 for the current guide published (Colour, A5, Perfect Bound) if you have 25 or more people...don't think that includes the postage though.
